I’m giving £50 to one of my readers

Will it be you?

In my ongoing survey of what you want to see more of on this blog, the leading response is for more free betting systems. So I’m going to suggest something a bit left-field, to see if we cannot find a home-grown betting system from amongst the ranks of you good readers of SkyBlueKangaroo. Call it our very own version of Britain’s Got Talent if you like. Let’s see if we can find a betting system with the X Factor.

I’m counting on everyone that reads this blog to make this idea come to life, but this is how I see this competition working….

I want you to share your betting systems here on SkyBlueKangaroo. As long as you don’t submit the details of any commercially available products, and get me into trouble for breach of copyright, then they can be as simple or as complicated as you like. Backing systems, or methods for laying horses to lose, it’s completely up to you.

Obviously I’m not expectting anyone to give up the secrets of their ‘golden goose’ betting system that has been making them a tidy few quid for the last five years! This is essentially a bit of fun, but also the chance for us to share some ideas as a community.

I will then pick three systems to go head-to-head over the course of one month. I will record the results of each system here on the blog. The system that makes the most profit (or loses the least money!) after one month will be declared the winner, and I will award fifty quid to the whoever put it forward.

This is what you need to do….

Underneath this post where it says ‘Leave a comment’ leave the full details and rules of your system. Next week I’ll choose three betting systems to go forward to compete against each other for a month.

If the response is good enough, then this might be a regular event here on the blog, and we can share with each other a bundle of interesting systems, some of which will (hopefully) provide some decent returns.

Hi, Here is my odds on system.
Sportinglife web site the evening before racing,
1. Fav must be odds-on.
2.2nd Fav must be 3/1+.
3. Max. 9 runners.
4. If more than 1 qualifing race then use the race with least amount of runners.

Will not find a selection every day.

Dead Easy…Lay 3rd fav for a place in 3yo+ or 4yo+ hcaps, must have at least 5 horses under 10/1 …even better if you have time to study form. Also any losses incurred are a lot less than just laying the favourite.

Using Racing Post take the highest speed rating in any race for the particular going conditions and distance .Then take the highest rating in the race card and bet when they give the same horse.

Find a horse that is trained by a trainer who has had 20%+ winners at the meeting in question. It must be his only runner at the meeting and must be ridden by a stable jockey or a jockey who has ridden the horse before. Back if in the top three of your daily paper’s betting forecast.

I check all race runners each morning (D.Mail) and pick horses from all races who have been winners within the last 14 days and bet on these with 20% of my bank. Certainly not get- rich -quick but at the end of the month I am invariably in profit and have had some belting wins.

Class 5-6 handicaps must have won its second to last race and come 3rd,
4th or 5th in its last race, CD winner or D winner and BF also helps
the last run not more than 18 days and a good trainer/jockey combo
also helps, good for finding value E/W bets.

BooBobba System
FLAT – horse must have finished 3rd 4th or 5th on last outing and the losing margin can only be up to 5 lengths ( not 51/2 ! ) Must have run within 60 days and the RP forecast SP MUST BE WITHIN 4 PTS of its’ last SP. My own invention and use it a lot for EW Patents.
JUMPS – exactly the same with the exception that the losing distance can be up to 15 lengths
